The company strictly organizes product production related activities in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system. The company's quality management system consists of two departments, QA and QC, which respectively exercise the functions of quality assurance and quality control.
The QA department is responsible for establishing a production management system and implementing effective supervision to ensure the operation of the system. The department has set up dedicated QA personnel to evaluate material suppliers, purchase raw materials, conduct warehouse acceptance, monitor the entire process of production, release of finished products, sales, customer feedback, etc., standardize and improve various quality management systems. The company actively organizes training on regulatory updates and continuously improves its quality system management level through regular self inspections, customer and official audits.
The QC department is responsible for inspecting the raw materials, finished products, and intermediates used in the company's production, as well as monitoring the environmental conditions. To ensure the smooth progress of product quality control work, the company has established a professional testing team and is equipped with advanced testing instruments such as liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, moisture analyzer, etc. It implements scientific data integrity management requirements and comprehensively creates high-level and efficient testing conditions.
